At Stylo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Stylo account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
